If you&#8217;re intrigue, keep reading!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Role Expectations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support B2B clients in achieving onboarding and activation milestones and in driving product engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively monitor client data and insights to iterate and optimize client experience, identify expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risk.<\/li>\n<li>Manage incident and account escalations, engaging and aligning appropriate resources to drive toward resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Own and cultivate meaningful and deep relationships with key B2B client stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain, Retain and Renew contracts with clients. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Important Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B client success, sales, business development, or consulting.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships and trust with different B2B client stakeholders, familiarity with HR stakeholders would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can communicate clearly and effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What&#8217;s In It For You:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being part of a meaningful and purpose driven start up, that makes the world a better place mentally. *Hints \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are self driven, highly motivated, people-centric who is driven by a desire to make a significant positive impact, we want you!!
