{"id":56746,"date":"2022-11-29T07:02:38","date_gmt":"2022-11-29T07:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/my\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/regional-human-resource-manager-payroll-and-benefits\/"},"modified":"2023-01-28T11:24:09","modified_gmt":"2023-01-28T11:24:09","slug":"regional-human-resource-manager-payroll-and-benefits-56746","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/my\/jobs\/human-resources\/regional-human-resource-manager-payroll-and-benefits-56746\/","title":{"rendered":"Regional Human Resource Manager: Payroll and Benefits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is looking for a <strong>Regional HR (Payroll &amp; Benefits) Manager<\/strong> focusing on <strong>3 key areas; Compensation &amp; Benefits, Employee Relations and Payroll<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> It is for a Global Financial Service company who is shaping the future of how the financial industries is evolving today.<\/p>\n<p>This person will be responsible for leading a small team of HR specialists who deliver a full spectrum of HR core services within the payroll, benefits administration, employee relations; across the APAC region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, lead a small team providing a full spectrum of HR core services within the APAC region<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of employment law across the APAC region<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop and coach a team of HR specialists<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of both spoken and written English, as you will be speaking with high level stakeholders regionally.<\/li>\n<li>Prior regional experience or exposure will be necessary<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Adept at resolving employee relations issues including investigations and employee disciplinary actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Would Make You A Good-Fit: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 8-10 years of professional experience of which 4-5 years in a payroll and\/or benefits function<\/li>\n<li>Manage the payroll function for the region including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, local administration, tax filing, statutory surveys and leave calculation<\/li>\n<li>Review existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best practice HR operations (e.g. on-boarding, off-boarding, Workday system)<\/li>\n<li>Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects or reporting when required<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for working with our global broker in the region to ensure benefit programs are in compliance with company&#8217;s policies and pay philosophy, and renewed in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Advise people managers and HR Business Partners on employee relations matters including grievances, disputes, disciplinary cases and terminations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s In It For You? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>You will be working with a group of influential HR individuals within this space, along managing your own team across APAC.
