This commitment has earned them recognition, including being named AFR BOSS Top 10 Best Place to Work in Tech.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in two or more contemporary software development languages, demonstrating the creation and maintenance of software.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in the design, development, support, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of working with APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment <strong>(CI\/CD)<\/strong> practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in Design Patterns and Data Modeling.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Previous hands-on experience with either Sales &amp; Service Cloud or CPQ &amp; Billing.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and collaborative skills at the team level.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive management of professional growth with an ability to identify learning opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in giving and receiving constructive feedback, actively contributing to the learning of others.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in building and operating highly scalable, available, performant, and secure solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce CRM with other systems and platforms using APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with and understanding of declarative enhancement tools in<strong> Salesforce,<\/strong> including Flows, Process Builder, Formulas, and Validation Rules, Schema Builder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proficiency in web application development and familiarity with JavaScript\/TypeScript.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Competence in enterprise application development languages such as Java\/C#.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>AWS integration services, including SQS, SNS, Lambda, AppFlow, EventBridge, and CloudWatch.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have won the 2023 HR Vendors of the Year awards for Best Executive Search Firm, Best Mid-Management Recruitment Firm, Best Recruitment Outsourcing Partner, and Leader of the Year for Ruby Celine, Salt Malaysia Country Director.<\/p>\n<p>At Salt, our mission is Creating Futures by putting our clients, candidates, partners, and team members at the heart of everything we do.
