Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Salesforce Developer &amp; Administrator&#8217;s focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services, providing support and maintenance, and will be accountable for overall system improvements.<\/p>\n<p>You will be working with developers, support team and partner agency on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and creating quality products is essential.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Own, manage and drive optimization of the entire Salesforce platform<\/li>\n<li>Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and drive enhancements to Salesforce infrastructure to advance marketing and recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiencies &#8216;<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage key Salesforce integrations i.e. email automation tools, Zapier, website tools, other third-party marketing solutions, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new solutions that will improve marketing and recruitment efforts<\/li>\n<li>Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows that show how recruitment and marketing programmes\/campaigns impact revenue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>At least three (3) years of working experience as Salesforce Developer &amp; Administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or SF Developer certification are highly preferred and would be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, S-Controls) and\/or integration with external systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality<\/li>\n<li>Open for Malaysians only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Salesforce Developer &amp; Administrator role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia &#8211; Apply now!<\/h2>\n<p>Click apply to submit your application or contact Cristina Salas on +60127894603 or email me, Cristina, at <a href=\"mailto:csalas@welovesalt.com\">csalas@welovesalt.com<\/a> for a confidential discussion.
