They have always redefined possibilities and delivered results that exceed expectations.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Benefits to you:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The opportunity to work with an employee centric organization<\/li>\n<li>Continuous learning opportunities &#8211; internal and external trainings<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid work environment<\/li>\n<li>Company wide wellness day off once a month<\/li>\n<li>The chance to work with an award-winning integrated agency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What your role would look like:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Strategic Planning:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You are tasked to develop integrated media strategies across Meta, Google and traditional media channels &#8211; TV media buying.<\/li>\n<li>You will be also optimizing campaigns for performance metrics like CPA, CPL and reach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Campaign Management:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You are responsible to oversee end to end execution of all integrated media campaigns<\/li>\n<li>You must love numbers &#8211; prepare in depth campaign reports and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Client Relationships:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be the primary client contact, so building strong relationships to manage campaign expectations is critical to this role<\/li>\n<li>Independently develop and present media proposals to clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>To succeed in this role, you should have:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 3 to 5 years of integrated media planning with solid experience in setting up performance campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in developing and executing successful media strategies<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with digital tools such as GWI, Similarweb<\/li>\n<li>Certification in digital marketing (META and Google) would be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns for integrated marketing<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of media planning tools &#8211; Nielsen &amp; Kantar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Apply now!<\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re ready to unleash your creativity, drive innovation, and be part of a team that thrives on pushing boundaries, then this is the place for you!
