What You Will Do:<\/p>\n
As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client’s expansion in Southeast Asia, particularly focusing on Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. Your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Expanding the brand’s outreach and sales efforts across SEA, actively generating new leads and business opportunities.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Engage with clients from brands, agencies, and non-profits, in order to guide them through market expansions.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Build and execute strategies for underdeveloped markets like Indonesia and maintain relationships with partner agencies in Thailand and Malaysia.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Develop the brand’s services in the region, offering a range of solutions for high-impact marketing and public relations campaigns.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Operate independently and travel across SEA to meet clients and drive results.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Essential Skills & Experience:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Solid experience in lead generation and client acquisition within the SEA markets, with a focus on long sales cycles (3-6 months).<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Local Market Knowledge – especially for Indonesia, fluency in Bahasa Melayu \/ Indonesia and a deep understanding of the local business environment.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision – balancing independent decision-making with team collaboration.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience in building outreach strategies from scratch, particularly in underdeveloped markets such as Indonesia.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
