How can you add value to our clients and candidates? I take an interest beyond just business. I try to understand you on a personal level through casual chatting about aspirations, family situations or other interesting facts.
Fun fact about me… I always chalk out a tough plan for a new workout regime on Thursdays and then find an empathetic reason by Sunday night to go slow. 😉
My career background and/or previous role and why I joined Salt? I have around 7 years of Recruitment experience both inhouse and agency background. I joined Salt because it didn’t seem to me like any traditional recruitment company just concerned about pleasing clients and making deals. Rather it pays equal attention to candidate experience. Also the focus on branding and marketing at Salt makes recruitment an interesting journey.
My Netflix binge is… Friends.
My best piece of advice is… “The best time is now and the best place is here.”
My favourite place I’ve travelled to is… Switzerland.
If I won the lottery I would… Go for a world tour!
