Role Responsibilities:

  • Management of app and website products and content, ensure it is up to date.
  • Ensure relevance of on-site product merchandising for local market and advise on local content creation.
  • Update category pages and homepage banners in line with communication calendar.
  • Product and promotional management for campaigns.
  • Ad hoc daily duty; support digital trade manager with company website, reporting requests from trade team and key shareholders.
  • Prepare and implement Loyalty actions and CRM.
  • Weekly sales reports on Eastern European sector with key trends and product recommendations. Present key learnings.
  • Generate ideas surrounding company website, performance, and customer experience.
  • Hand’s-on and communicate well.

Workload Split 70/30

  • (70%) Website maintenance and content management.
  • (30%) Sales Analysis and reporting.

Role Requirements:

  • 1.5 + years’ experience in E-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluent level of English & German. NB!
  • Google analytics or Abode analytics.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Tableu is an added experiece factor.
  • Hybris and Amplience experience are a bonus.
  • Exponea/Bloomreach is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, high level of detail.
  • Motivated & Highly Collaborative.
  • Based in the Randstad area and happy to travel into Amsterdam.
