If so, we are looking for you!<\/p>\n<p>The automotive industry is changing very rapidly, and this is the time to get on the moving train. We are now looking for a Product Manager B2C &#8211; Warranty and Maintenance for our client&#8217;s Amsterdam HQ. As part of the product team you will contribute to create the most trusted eCommerce platform for customers to acquire &amp; sell vehicles in a surprisingly seamless &amp; transparent way by shifting the entire organisations mindset to online, driven by customer needs.<\/p>\n<p>As our Product Manager you will be responsible to build and execute the digital product strategy for car warranty and maintenance and will drive continuous optimisation&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will be doing as our Product Manager B2C &#8211; Warranty and Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving the multi-disciplinary team around your topic;<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the market, competitors, for your product;<\/li>\n<li>Interacts with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics;<\/li>\n<li>Execute defined product strategy, and optimise it over time using external and internal learnings;<\/li>\n<li>Focusing on keeping the customer at the heart of all data-driven decision making;<\/li>\n<li>Balance qualitative and quantitative research to validate your assumptions;<\/li>\n<li>Work together with internal procurement, legal, commercial, compliance teams;<\/li>\n<li>Drive product launches in your responsible category;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out ongoing monitoring on your product commercial performance;<\/li>\n<li>Agile approach to product development;<\/li>\n<li>Accountable in conjunction with the Category product lead, for the end-to-end product performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we think you need to be successful in this role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of commercial and growth product manager experience for digital products<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Car Warranty and Maintenance is ideal &#8211; how it works, how to explain clearly to customers and how to up-sell<\/li>\n<li>Experience in building digital products<\/li>\n<li>E-commerce experience is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Business Consultancy background is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of key technologies and softwares (JIRA, Confluence, Zeplin, Slack, Tableau, Asana, Microsoft Office) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced start-up<\/li>\n<li>Good experience working within a cross functional product team<\/li>\n<li>You are self-motivated, humble, and eager to contribute<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmFuZHJld3MuOTg1NjAuMTI0NzhAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role: Product Manager B2C &#8211; Warranty and Maintenance Do you have at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager?
