Using your expert, up-to-date grasp of digital marketing strategies and best practices, you will help manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up and manage paid media campaigns across various programmatic platforms incl. DV360, YT, Google Ads, as well as Facebook\/Instagram, Snapchat and more.<\/li>\n<li>Full-funnel campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Manage campaign budgets and spent allocation and billings<\/li>\n<li>Lead the relationship and negotiations with publishers on Guaranteed deals, PMPs, value &amp; share of volume per publisher, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop testing roadmaps across channels working with relevant stakeholders across the business<\/li>\n<li>Own relationship with our Communications team and build external partnerships that align with business and divisional objectives, brand identity, and values<\/li>\n<li>Create and employ successful audience targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to segment &amp; personalize the experience<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of basic account hygiene tasks incl. feed monitoring and optimization<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date on the latest Media\/Adv\/Tech trends, attend our partners&#8217; workshops, and proactively suggest new and innovative data-centric solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years experience working in a paid media role on a senior specialist or manager level<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate has experience working in E-Commerce or a digital agency<\/li>\n<li>Advanced technical knowledge of Google Marketing Platforms, Feed Mgmt Solutions (ie Lengow), Analytics Tools (Adobe &amp; GA360) and DMPs\/CMPs, etc.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate is highly analytical and skilled in communication, being able to explain and translate consumer data analysis into relevant business questions<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Google Analytics, measurement studies, and attribution models<\/li>\n<li>Able to drive large scale projects and influence senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as business fluency in English (written &amp; verbal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGNhYmFsbGVyby42NTE5Ni4xMjQ3OEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.webp\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGNhYmFsbGVyby42NTE5Ni4xMjQ3OEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/picture><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt has partnered with a global lifestyle brand in Amsterdam!
