Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

· Create, develop, and oversee marketing strategy(mostly digital) with a clear focus on a company-wide narrative in cooperation with the Senior Management Team<\/p>\n

· Implement the marketing strategy with support of the sales team and external parties to harness the best expertise to achieve the marketing strategy.<\/p>\n

· Create and manage the marketing budget for the global team<\/p>\n

· Implement marketing automation for the website, soon to be launched webshop and existing customers, to support the sales team<\/p>\n

· Create and implement a clear company-wide social media plan, with a target towards our key market customers.<\/p>\n

· Develop a clear plan for engagement for the company and individuals within the company on LinkedIn<\/p>\n

· Work with the Management to manage their marketing budget<\/p>\n

· Build and liaise with branding, marketing, and supportive companies to implement the strategy.<\/p>\n

· Analyse all marketing, social media and sales data and create detailed reports for management team.<\/p>\n

· Create and develop marketing content which supports the desired strategy.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

· Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.<\/p>\n

· 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.<\/p>\n

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.<\/p>\n

· Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.<\/p>\n

· Experience using analytics software.<\/p>\n

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n

· Ability to work independently and get involved<\/p>\n

· Fluent in English with Dutch and German being a benefit <\/p>\n
