{"id":275423,"date":"2023-05-03T10:56:13","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T09:56:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nl\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/paid-search-specialist\/"},"modified":"2023-06-17T12:34:44","modified_gmt":"2023-06-17T11:34:44","slug":"paid-search-specialist-275423","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nl\/jobs\/marketing\/paid-search-specialist-275423\/","title":{"rendered":"Paid Search Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Paid Search Specialist<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to join a performance team where you will focus on Paid Search, where you will work closely with other performance specialists in the team.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing paid search channels with the ability to manage and grow search accounts, apply best practice principles, and leverage any latest paid search trends &amp; techniques<\/li>\n<li>Leverage other channels\/tooling within the Google platform where applicable (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, SEMrush, ahrefs)<\/li>\n<li>Work to clearly defined goals and KPIs to track, measure, and improve performance over time<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong grasp of data management &amp; marketing analytics principles (e.g. data analysis, dashboarding, feed-based campaign management, Google Ads scripts, Looker Studio, Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Support campaigns where applicable and look at a full marketing funnel approach from awareness to remarketing<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage reporting for the platform and provide ongoing insights and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Understand how to leverage automated campaigns &amp; levers within the platform (e.g. bid strategy management, keyword research, account structure, experimentation, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing reporting and insights to the business around paid media performance and how we can improve further<\/li>\n<li>Employ an agile and structured experimentation mindset to continuously learn &amp; improve on paid search tactics e.g. running A\/B tests, incrementality tests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who You Are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a Bachelor&#8217;s or Masters Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Communications related field<\/li>\n<li>You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing global paid search accounts &amp; large budgets<\/li>\n<li>You have excellent knowledge of Google Ads &amp; Microsoft Ads platforms (including Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor)<\/li>\n<li>You have a good understanding of broader digital marketing channels and a strong knowledge of digital industry market trends and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>You are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)<\/li>\n<li>You have a strong analytics mindset and experience including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, attribution tools, and modeling<\/li>\n<li>You have a collaborative mindset built around a common purpose and strategy and you continuously seek to improve through ongoing optimization and test &amp; learn<\/li>\n<li>You have great foresight into the challenges and opportunities the future will bring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/amRld2l0Ljc3MDc0LjEyNDc4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paid Search Specialist This is an opportunity to join a performance team where you will focus on Paid Search, where you will work closely with other performance specialists in the team.
