You will work within a squad with executive sponsorship, enabling direct impact.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of the strategic development and global implementation of medium to long-term transformative projects.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leaders and key decision-makers to optimize success through transformative initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Research best-in-class industry trends to advise executives on engaging the workforce, using innovative practices to optimize change management, organization design, and workforce analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize people analytics as a foundation for your decision-making process.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training sessions for HR professionals to enhance their skills in global transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage end-to-end transformation, from conceptual design to execution and full deployment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you should have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A passion for people, with the ability to build strong relationships and think outside the box.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of delivering high-quality work, adaptability to change, and the ability to work independently at a fast pace.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in working within cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 6 years of experience in driving transformation.<\/li>\n<li>At least a Master&#8217;s level education.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in change management, organization design, workforce analytics, and business acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (additional languages are welcomed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you thrive on innovation, excel at driving transformative change, and have a passion for people, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
