{"id":276381,"date":"2023-09-19T09:22:02","date_gmt":"2023-09-19T08:22:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nl\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/workforce-analytics-consultant\/"},"modified":"2023-11-03T11:26:26","modified_gmt":"2023-11-03T11:26:26","slug":"workforce-analytics-consultant-276381","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nl\/jobs\/hr\/workforce-analytics-consultant-276381","title":{"rendered":"Workforce Analytics Consultant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Your Role &amp; Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will lead a workforce analytics and HRIS team and together you own the digital competence of the entire HR organization around the world<\/li>\n<li>You own global workforce analytics and provide quantitative insights to support in business decision-making to drive the adoption of conclusions across the organization<\/li>\n<li>You leverage data-driven storytelling through detailed analysis and data visualization which seeks to optimize the workforce to support business goals<\/li>\n<li>You infuse all processes, tools and technology with digital best-practice, raising the bar of our technical architecture on-time and on-budget<\/li>\n<li>You enable the democratization of data through leader-led coaching and training and you establish data governance to increase transparency and autonomy of data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You possess a high level of expertise in technical knowledge on emerging and innovative insights and analytics techniques, tools \/platforms and are keen to try new ideas<\/li>\n<li>You are obsessed with data, are digitally savvy and adopt a solution driven mindset<\/li>\n<li>You have a passion for people, build strong relationships and know how to build high-performing teams<\/li>\n<li>You have a minimum of 10 years&#8217; experience in the data insights and analytics field<\/li>\n<li>You have a minimum of BSc education with a focus on data\/ financial analytical skills &#8211; ideally in IT or economics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in data analysis, modelling, data visualization, user-centric thinking, and outstanding excel &amp; PowerPoint skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are part of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Global HR Leadership Team and You will report directly to the Chief People &amp; Culture Officer We are looking for a highly motivated, progressive thinker who works with a growth mindset.
