They have a strong heritage with a history dating back over two centuries. This role sits within their Corporate Advisory division offering independent expert advice to large and mid-sized corporations and government entities.<\/p>\n<p>The Marketing Communications Specialist will be a key member of a small, integrated team, supporting the business through various marketing initiatives. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns and activities to<\/p>\n<p>Key objective:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, update, and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and client mailings.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and review content to ensure alignment with company standards and optimal messaging.<\/li>\n<li>Manage electronic newsletters and advise teams on best practices for distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the communications team to understand and fulfil marketing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and submit entries for industry awards, and manage the awards calendar and results.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines and collaborating with the creative services team.<\/li>\n<li>Develop internal communications to keep staff informed about marketing activities and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing the company&#8217;s online presence through website and intranet content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist marketing and communications role, preferably within professional services.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the financial sector, with previous roles in this field being advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Desire to learn about M&amp;A and financial advisory transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in producing marketing and communications materials across various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work flows simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing website and intranet content.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the marketing mix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree educated, preferably in business, marketing, or communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/dG1jbWFob24uNTI4MjcuMTI0NzhAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marketing &amp; Communications Manager &#8211; Financial Services London (4 days office based) &#163;50K + bonus (&#163;58K OTE) My client is a leading financial services firm whose expertise spans mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory.
