{"id":279911,"date":"2024-07-12T16:07:36","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T15:07:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nl\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/scrum-master-joiner-mover-leaver-idam\/"},"modified":"2024-08-27T12:28:33","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T11:28:33","slug":"scrum-master-joiner-mover-leaver-idam-279911","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nl\/jobs\/technology\/scrum-master-joiner-mover-leaver-idam-279911\/","title":{"rendered":"Scrum Master (Joiner Mover Leaver \/IDAM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Scrum Master (IDAM Operations \/ the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Team) &#8211; Banking Client &#8211; Brussels <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration: 6-12months<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hybrid working: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rate: flexible <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IDAM Operations runs a large number of day2day services and processes across different technology stacks (Sailpoint\/CyberArk).<\/p>\n<p>These services range from logical and privileged account lifecycle management over <strong>Joiner-Mover-Leaver<\/strong> activity to day2day first- and second-line control and support to IDAM stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>As a Scrum Master for the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Team, you will manage the team that is responsible for end2end management of end user accesses throughout the different stages in the lifecycle of their career, hereby ensuring they get the right access at the right moment for the right period of time. <\/p>\n<p>In this role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team of JML operators <\/li>\n<li>Ensure day2day operational targets and agreed service levels are structurally met<\/li>\n<li>Where required, also provide support to the other teams that belong to the same IDAM operations family<\/li>\n<li>Establish a &#8220;first time right&#8221; mindset in the team to ensure services are delivered with the right level of quality and in line with relevant process controls as well as security and compliance guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Identify and drive forward continuous improvement where required to help grow a mature and fully flexible team<\/li>\n<li>Provide (build where required) monthly reporting on incoming demand versus outgoing delivery, team versus individual productivity and performance<\/li>\n<li>Centralize and drive timely input for IDAM stakeholder reporting (KPI\/KRI)<\/li>\n<li>Manage business stakeholders to ensure both client satisfaction as well as client education where required (to ensure client adherence to standard processes)<\/li>\n<li>Manage business stakeholder day2day escalations upon occurrence (and de-escalate where required)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely preparation &amp; orchestration of required Agile ceremonies as well as provide steer in prioritization of quarterly planned run support to change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You will bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience at leading hybrid (employee and contractor, or multi-location) teams,<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in highly regulated environments, ideally in financial services,<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills to drive the teams to success<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and orchestration skills <\/li>\n<li>The ability to (re)prioritize based on criticality and\/or urgency when required (on hands and result oriented approach )<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills as well as the ability to create good stakeholder networks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please do send across to me the most up to date CV to eobiechefu@welovesalt.com<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZW9iaWVjaGZ1LjI1MDU5LjEyNDc4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scrum Master (IDAM Operations \/ the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Team) &#8211; Banking Client &#8211; Brussels Duration: 6-12months Hybrid working: Rate: flexible IDAM Operations runs a large number of day2day services and processes across different technology stacks (Sailpoint\/CyberArk).
