IDAM oversees implementing, operating and managing all the access from, to or within the IT infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>This helps to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons &#8211; provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements the client is subject to.<\/p>\n<p>Services covered by IDAM include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management and recertification, as well as providing delivery and advisory services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a Team leader position where you will manage and drive a team of about 12 people who are responsible for the day-to-day management of privileged accesses in the company.<\/p>\n<p>This includes the lifecycle management of privileged accounts (generic and functional on windows\/ UNIX\/ applications), review of IT changes related to IDAM, security quality checks on Wintel servers, CyberArk safe and platform management&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, you are expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ensure stability of the service and on your own initiative identify opportunities and take action to achieve improvements in existing business processes within your domain<br \/> * safeguard the effectiveness of the security policies and re-challenge them on a continuous basis, taking into consideration the evolving clients&#8217; needs within the boundaries of the regulatory framework <br \/> * ensure a good service description and delivery <br \/> * assure good capacity management (allocation and rebalancing of work to attain predefined SLAs and develop individual talents and skills) <br \/> * cooperate with internal and external customers in order to identify and analyze their evolving expectations and needs with regards to our services <br \/> <strong>* maintain and improve SOPs and SLAs in collaboration with other IDAM teams<\/strong> <br \/> * anticipate on and document risks for future occurrences <br \/> * ensure communication flows are in place to guarantee top-down and bottom-up flows <br \/> * make sure the IDAM vision and mission are incorporated in the team <br \/> * Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity and efficiency <br \/> * Oversee and manage agreed feature scopes, timeline, quality, risks, goals and deliverables that support business value <br \/> * improve the customer experience by taken into consideration the clients&#8217; and other IDAM team&#8217;s feedback <br \/> * ensure that departmental objectives are translated into team objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You have experience in people management <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>You have experience with Agile and Kanban<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Extensive knowledge in security and\/or IT risk management.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You have critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>You know how to plan and organize and are result oriented.
