You will integrate and work closely with the Sales teams and Business Units to ensure maximum success in the marketplace with appropriate marketing actions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With collaboration with sales leaders, you will define and manage the B2B and B2C marketing strategy, plan, and execution to the achievement of overall revenue and order targets across Business Units.<\/li>\n<li>Train, lead and develop a team of regional field marketing team members.<\/li>\n<li>Drive a cohesive marketing and engagement plan while working with multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Develop unique strategies and programs at regional level to account for market differences and needs, leverage local presence of customers\/partners, etc<\/li>\n<li>Manage EMEA Field Marketing budget.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate &amp; report on marketing activity in EMEA, leveraging a set of key performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure marketing contributes productively to the quarterly business reviews of the sales team you support.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the business development\/inside sales teams to ensure they are enabled and equipped to act upon and progress leads from globally executed and locally executed marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve sales targets for event training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing within a B2B tech industry<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in both Dutch and English (with any additional languages an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of lead generation, field marketing, and digital marketing experience.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of achievement &#8211; delivering results and achieving on-time and on-budget delivery.<\/li>\n<li>A strong grasp of financial performance and overall business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical and results-focused leader<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bGhhcmRpbmcuNjQ1NDYuMTI0NzhAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Senior Field Marketing Manager (Northern Europe) &#8211; Must be based in Netherlands (remote work) &#8211; up to &#8364;110K plus bonus Our client, a leading organisation renowned for their high-quality training and certification programmes, is looking for a Senior Field Marketing specialist.
