You are accountable for the overall awareness on policies, providing knowledge to staff related to expected security behaviours and risks to mitigate the identified threats. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities &amp; duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Mandatory:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the development and delivery of an innovative security awareness programme to change and reinforce behaviours and culture across the Group.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff&#8217; awareness of and adherence to security policies and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the management and training of a network of security ambassadors representing all divisions and departments. <\/li>\n<li>Create and deliver communications in regard to existing and evolving security threats<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to the development of the Security Management System and its associated policies and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Create a variety of fun, innovative and engaging training sessions on security threats, expected security behaviours, policies and best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver staff training utilising a variety of delivery methods, including online and face to face, newsletters and other means.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate &#8216;ad hoc&#8217; awareness guidance to all staff related to evolving or persistent threats or non-compliant behaviours<\/li>\n<li>Build a metrics framework and measure and report the results of awareness activities (Completion, reach, effectiveness and improvements)<\/li>\n<li>Identify different behaviours and challenges of staff across the group, to tailor the content of training and awareness activities <\/li>\n<li>Take a pivotal role in the designing, planning, delivering, and reviewing of Cyber Month activities<\/li>\n<li>Organise quality and satisfaction surveys for the Group related top security awareness and human risk activities<\/li>\n<li>Support group wide risk assessments related to human risk management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your qualifications required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience in training or education field : eg. in developing and delivering successful security awareness and education programmes, including campaigns, education, phishing resilience testing and champions networks.<\/li>\n<li>Proven communication\/presentation skills, the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders and to adapt communication style to meet audience needs.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing active communities that share knowledge and experience around a domain.<\/li>\n<li>An excellent level of English is essential (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>You like to work in a team but can also work independently, prioritising your own workload to achieve deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Creative mindset<\/li>\n<li>A strong focus on customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>CISM or equivalent certification desirable but not essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Will be considered an asset:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Gamification<\/li>\n<li>Professional security qualification or certification such as CISSP, CISM<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel capability or knowledge of Power Bi <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please do send across an up to date CV to eobiechefu@welovesalt.com<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZW9iaWVjaGZ1LjM4NjAwLjEyNDc4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IT Security Awareness Coordinator \/ Coach \/ Trainer &#8211; Banking Client &#8211; Brussels Duration: 6 months initially Rate: 700 &#8211; 800 per day Hybrid working: 4 days onsite in Brussels per month &#8211; the rest is remote Our customer is looking to hire an exceptional consultant for this role.
