{"id":280522,"date":"2025-01-21T13:38:02","date_gmt":"2025-01-21T13:38:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nl\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/release-management-lead-sailpoint\/"},"modified":"2025-02-04T16:21:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-04T16:21:29","slug":"release-management-lead-sailpoint-280522","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/nl\/jobs\/technology\/release-management-lead-sailpoint-280522\/","title":{"rendered":"Release Management Lead (Sailpoint)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Release Management Lead (SAILPOINT) &#8211; Banking Client &#8211; Brussels <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration: 1 year +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rate: 500 &#8211; 800 per day<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Must use an Umbrella Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4 days a month on site in Belgium is mandatory.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The role of the Release Lead is to identify and manage the series of implementations and interim states to achieve the planned outcomes, driving alignment across all contributing Epics and impacted Tribes \/ Squads.<\/p>\n<p>For the LAM Cluster this will cover approx. 8 Epics and 5 or more implementations. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce Cluster Release Plan to achieve the committed improvements and benefits <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and secure stakeholder approval for each Release Scope and Change Impact Assessment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the Release Plan, organising cross-Epic and cross-Tribe resources to deliver on schedule <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage technical Release scope, coordinating with Cluster Test Lead and GTS Change &amp; Release Management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a Release based view of LAM implementations and Benefits delivery, engaging Business and IT stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Secure Sponsor approval for the overall Release Plan, and each Release Scope and Change Impact Assessment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop integrated Release Plans, identifying and agreeing deliverable dependencies across Epics, resolving gaps and discrepancies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and manage Release Decisions, Risks, Issues, and Changes through the Epic, Cluster and Programme governance processes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Cluster Test Lead to define the solution build and test approach, aligning with the Cluster Solution Architect and EDOs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Cluster Test Lead in development of the Cluster Test and Release (implementations) Strategy <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Agree with Change &amp; Release Management the Cluster implementation schedule and resolve conflicts with other critical implementations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Cluster Change Lead in development of the Release Change Impact Assessment and resulting organisation readiness plans and activities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Use in-house methodology for the creation of clear and concise documentation to identify Release options and agreement of the Release Plan <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required skills and qualifications:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>My client is looking for a candidate with 8 years of Project delivery experience leading similar Release and Implementation planning in Financial Services. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of Identity Management including access (de)provisioning, role-based access control, joiner\/mover\/leaver (&#8220;JML&#8221;) activities, ServiceNow integrations, knowledge of access control models and policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of onboarding applications in an IAM tool. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You are experienced in managing end to end several projects in parallel with size varying from 300 to 3,000 man-days. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You have demonstrated through your career strong leadership skills with the ability as well to adapt your style according to the context and the different project stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Projects managed according industry standard Waterfall and Agile methodologies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You are expert in developing the Release approach across transversal Projects or Epics, covering the disciplines of Planning, Estimating, Change Control, Risks &amp; Issues, Resources management.
