He coordinates the people assigned to the epics and ensure the required processes are applied to deliver epics on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.<\/p>\n<p>In the context of our IAM Programme, we are looking for a Project Leader\/EDO with experience of data projects (and ideally knowledge of the IAM domain) to lead a series of technical data related projects in the IAM tribe<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your mission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure that : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adequate resources are assigned to the epics with the involved team leaders<\/li>\n<li>Deliverables\/artifacts are produced and validated<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the delivery in terms of Scope\/planning\/budget\/quality<\/li>\n<li>Changes, risks & issues are duly monitored and appropriate actions are taken in agreement with the Sponsor and Epic Owner<\/li>\n<li>Epic outputs are appropriately tested and deployed in production<\/li>\n<li>Benefits are met, the implemented solution is accepted and operational teams ready to embrace the changes <\/li>\n<li>Clients methodology and governance is respected <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Report these elements to the appropriate stakeholders\/ committees in order to ensure full awareness and appropriate decisions are taken<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>In relation to the management aspects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Running the epic on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Sponsorship Committee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the epic, from definition phase to closure phase, including managing all internal and external dependencies, milestones, and impacts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the epics produce the required deliverables\/artifacts with the required quality and within agreed time and budget and with the respect of the methodology framework.<\/li>\n<li>Direct, motivate, and challenge the project team, i.e. all contributing to a successful delivery, so that epic scope and expectations are met.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the risks and issues, including the collection, evaluation, and planning of corrective and\/or preventive actions, and monitoring and escalating risks and issues to the Sponsorship Committee. <\/li>\n<li>Perform change control, ensuring there are no unapproved scope deviations. Following up any changes (scope, budget increase, and other changes) in agreement with the Sponsor. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare for and report to the Sponsorship Committee through Weekly Status Reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In relation to the qualitative aspects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Producing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) , documenting the approach to quality management: governance structure, management process and assigned responsibilities for achieving the required quality levels. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In relation to the planning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating plans – and if necessary, exception plans – together with the involved teams, and reaching agreement on these plans, including the plans’ success criteria, with the Sponsorship Committee. <\/li>\n<li>Initiating the different demands via for example the QBR & QP process or other processes if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Planning from definition to closure, included managing all internal and external dependencies, milestones, an impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In relation to the operationalization:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With the help of the ERO (Business Analyst) ensure the needed Operationalisation aspects are foreseen and fully embedded in the delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In relation to the post-implementation stage: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing the Post-Implementation Report for validation by the Sponsor, including any Lessons Learned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You already have 10+ years of proven Project Management experience in a large Financial Services organisation<\/li>\n<li>The scope of work you have managed includes development of associated business processes, procedures, controls and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>You have proven experience at organising and managing complex and ambiguous concepts and contexts<\/li>\n<li>You are experienced in managing end to end several projects in parallel with size varying from 300 to 3,000 man-days.<\/li>\n<li>You have demonstrated through your career strong leadership skills with the ability as well to adapt your style according to the context and the different project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>These projects were managed according to at least one of the industry standard methodologies like Waterfall, PMI or Prince2, and have experience of agile delivery methods<\/li>\n<li>Your responsibilities encompassed the different aspects of these ones (Planning, Budgets, Risks & Issues, Resources management ).
