Assistant Accountant

Salt is on the hunt for an experienced Accounts professional to join this world-class global brand based in Mt Wellington. You will be confident in providing high-quality accounting services to support this close-knit (yet down to earth) team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Preparation of freight and shipment information
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
• Supporting with trial balance
• Weekly cash-flows
• Run monthly overhead reports
• General assistance with accounts

About you:

• Several years of accounts experience ideally in a similar role to be able to hit the ground running
• People-centricity is key; you will be empathetic and an excellent communicator
• Ability to work autonomously and work within tight deadlines
• Must be available immediately and can commit up to 12 months – temp assignment
