About the Role

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our team at our Parnell Office in Auckland. This role is pivotal in supporting our financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable (low volume), and payroll (circa 80 staff) functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers and people, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Invoice generation, payment reconciliation, debtor queries, and documentation management.
• Payroll: Assist with payroll reporting, data integrity checks, and liaising with staff and payroll providers.
• Accounts Payable: Invoice coding, payment scheduling, supplier management, and reconciliation support.
• Administrative Support: General finance-related admin tasks and inbox management.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in accounts and exposure to payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero
• Strong data entry and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
