Payroll Manager

My client is a large Australasian professional services organisation that is looking for an experienced contractor to manage the payroll function and payroll team whilst they source a permanent replacement.

In this contract you will be managing the payroll team and the payroll for circa 800 employees across Australia and New Zaland.

You will an immediately available contractor with experience managing direct reports and a similar size payroll function, end to end. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of AUS and NZ payroll including holidays act, superannuation and Kiwisaver, although pure Australian experience can still be considered.

They do operate a niche payroll system so it is essential you are comfortable and adept at picking up new systems and technology.

Due to the sensitive nature of the role it is essential you can be based onsite to work with the business and the team.
