Customer Service Administrator

Looking for a new role in South/East Auckland? We are looking for a customer service administrator for our client based in Mount Wellington. This temporary opportunity is particularly exciting as you will be working with the customer service team at a well-known global retail brand.

Duties (not limited to):

• Delivering exceptional customer service, providing product information
• Resolving queries and complaints from customers
• General administration duties including filing
• Processing orders and transactions in a timely manner
• Offering admin support to other departments where required
• Updating customer information on the database

What we need from you:

• Previous experience working in a customer service administration role
• Good grasp of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude and a drive to deliver excellent customer service

• Minimum 3 months availability
• A valid NZ work visa with eligibility to work full time hours
