ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be an integral part of the customer service team. A key contact for the customers assisting with a myriad of enquiries via email and phone. As an expert in all things relating to cusotmer service you will have a proactive approach to queries and ensure a postiive outcome for all parties. Key to this role is an ability to question the status quo and not be afraid to ask “can we be doing this better”.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- Proven customer service experience
- Proactive and process driven
- Able to work shifts from 7AM to 7PM and rostered Saturdays
- High level of written and oral communication
- Curiosity and an ability to offer new ideas
