Export Coordinator

A well-established NZ organisation who supplies a key brand in the grocery trade is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team. This is a fixed term 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. The key purpose of the role is to coordinate all the administrative processes for their Australian customers. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager you’ll be responsible for processing and dispatching export orders, maintaining export records, documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and shipping lines and keeping abreast of compliance requirements
Time and organisation skills are of the essence as this is a deadline driven role which requires:

  • Minimum 2 years export/shipping experience
  • High attention to detail with strong excel skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Experience in FMCG environment advantageous
