Our client is one of New Zealand’s largest providers of home-based health, disability and rehabilitation services with 30 locations throughout the country. An opportunity has arisen in their Auckland Office for a well presented experienced receptionist to be the face of the company representing four different entities. It will be up to you to provide quality customer service to all their visitors and staff as well as facilitate communications across all their service groups. You will manage the meeting rooms and areas as well as provide administrative and telephonist support to the various service groups. No two days are the same!
Skills and Experience
· Previous reception/administration experience
· Strong customer focus and empathy
· Ability to interact with people from all walks of life – from top corporate to the disabled
· Strong organisational skills and effective time management
