They have an opportunity for a successful person from within the construction industry. This role sits in the Quantity Surveying team The successful candidate will have come from a background in residential timber framed construction and be technically competent in estimating and quantifying projects. . You do not have to be a qualified QS but will need to have proven experience in taking residential plans and quantifying combined with a strong attention to detail.

• Understanding of the NZ building code and how that relates to the residential building market
• Experience in pricing and preparation of material shcedules
