Lending Administrator

A NZ owned finance company needs you to join their small friendly team, you will assist the lending team in providing top service and solutions based approach to their customers. This business is looking for a Lending Administrator to join their team. They are NZ owned, like a family, well established and as a small team they strive to make a difference in people’s lives by providing the best in service.

You will be responsible for entering loan information, accurate data entry is the key here. Part of your role will also involve trouble shooting and administering a number of checks on the applications, for example,, credit checks. You will have an ability to look outside the square whilst ensuring excellent customer service is being provided. You may have had some exposure to lending but the most important thing is the desire to learn and work at pace.
