Digital Event (Webinar) Producer

Our client EMA (Employers & Manufacturers Association) are looking for a Senior Digital Event Producer to oversee, manage and coordinate a webinar series to inform and educate Kiwi Businesses about changes to skilled labour, increased thresholds of immigrant employees, how Covid traffic light systems affect their business and more.

This is an immediate start through til the end of March, and could potentially extend. There are approximately 2 webinars per week currently. A typical day in the life would include:

• arrange and lock in key speakers
• develop and produce the webinars tailored to SME’s that are topical & business relevant
• communication with internal and external stakeholders to agree on content of briefs, content and deliverables
• ensure webinars are on time, running the tech tests and managing the project on the day
• post-production – reports and analytics
• aid in other relevant duties, such as helping to script the webinars

Most of the webinars are already organised in terms of content, full support is available but someone that is highly organised and enthusiastic is required to bring all the moving parts together!

What you will bring to the table:

• excellent organisational and communication skills
• content writing where required
• excellent eye for detail to ensure all runs like clockwork
• able to prioritise
• calm under pressure
• marketing comms experience highly desirable to reach out to the webinar audience (email or social marketing)
