Inhouse Intermediate Designer

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Designer to join a leading Real Estate firm managing all the design needs for their Commercial division. The successful candidate will be in sole charge of managing creative output – from concept to production. All the while working at pace, and sometimes volume, with a number of internal executives developing ideas and producing to a high creative level.

What you will do:

• Interpret briefs creatively, creating design solutions that are interesting, on-brand, on time and to budget
• Create quarterly magazines, market overviews (print/ebook), high-end proposals and presentations (print/digital)
• Manage online design templates in Marq, along with social media accounts – with the goal of increasing brand awareness, PR exposure and increasing sales
• Manage the content on the clients website
• Create animated HTML/Google advertisements
• Collect and analyse target audience behaviour data to inform future go-to-market strategies
• Create videos and simple animations
• Design websites for high-end properties

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate experience with:

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
• Creating animated HTML advertisements using Google Web Designer
• Creating websites using Squarespace or related platform
• Effective communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
• Basic coding knowledge

The perfect candidate will be self-driven, proactive, exceptional at managing time and have the self-confidence to guide internal clients. You’ll be adept at project managing to meet deadlines.
