UX/UI Designer

THE ROLE

Working on a new Customer Portal that is designed to be a one stop shop for all of their customers’ needs.

You will have the opportunity to own the complete look and feel of this project, consisting of brand consistency, tone, manner and design across all digital touch points.

Working in a small, tight knit team of 3 developers, a BA, UI Intern, Product Owner and Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating customer lead solutions and customer feedback sessions.
• Owning the customer journey.
• Helping define, execute and iterate on design patterns, interactions and features for the brand and product initiatives across all screens.
• Prototyping Visual Designs of solutions.
• Ensuring you are adhering to government regulations for Digital sites (AA requirements)

YOU

• Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Experience creating and implementing usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes and style guides.
• Strong visual sensibilities, ability to use visual thinking, storyboards, sketching, and communication design to create breakthrough interaction design.
• Meticulous sense of detail and ability to seek out simple solutions to complex design challenges.
