About the Role

  • 4-6 weeks temporary assignment
  • Immediate start
  • Based in Takapuna

This is more than just a reception job – it’s a chance to be the welcoming face and helpful hand for people who need it most. You’ll be:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Handling light admin tasks and reception duties
  • Using Salesforce to look up client records (basic use only)
  • Sending out welcome letters to new clients
  • Assisting with phone calls and responding to queries
  • Supporting specialist staff and coordinators who work directly with clients
  • Interacting with vulnerable members of the community in the social centre

What You’ll Bring

We’re not looking for fancy qualifications – just the right attitude and a caring heart. If you have an admin background and the following qualities, you’ll fit right in:

  • General office administration experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • MS Office – Excel, Word and other office applications
  • Empathetic and friendly – you genuinely care about people
  • Respectful and inclusive – you understand etiquette when working with vulnerable members of the community
  • Team player – you enjoy working alongside others and supporting a shared mission
  • Reliable and organised – you keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
