Team Administrator

HR & Business Operations

I am seeking Team Administrators or Coordinators for short term, fixed term contracts.

You will need proven experience in an administration role already – so please bear this in mind before applying.

Here is a brief look at some of the day to day tasks you will be involved in:

· Assisting with the preparation of briefing materials, reports and papers

· Coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodation

· Coordinate and provide meeting support covering everything from booking rooms, catering, technical equipment and set up on the day

· Upload content on media platforms

Required Skills & Experience

· Proven administration experience

· Tech savvy and can adapt to new systems & processes

· Strong organisational skills, be process focused with high attention to detail

· Agile and can deliver quality work at a fast pace

· Works collaboratively with others
