We have a fantastic temporary opportunity will start on September 3rd and could run up to three months or longer! Based in Mt Wellington, just off motorway with car parking offered!

The Role

  • Raising PO and handling invoices using SAP
  • Organising events
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Coordination and planning of training courses
  • General Tech support using MS Dynamics, SharePoint and OneNote

This is an all-round administrative support role which has a technical focus. You will need to have proven experience including having some exposure to the full MS office suite including the above mentioned. You will be a very well motivated person who can work autonomously! You will be working with a great team.
