Customer Service Administration

What will you actually be doing?

Day to day you will be fielding inbound calls from retailer s and customers about a range of gorgeous kitchen products. You will need to use your brain, as you will deal with everything from product queries, warranties and complaints through to processing orders that come via phone, email and social media. You will need to juggle tasks when things are busy so an organised, deadline orientated person is what we are after!

What do you need?

We are looking for people with a customer service background with solid computer skills. What is super important is your ability to build relationships and rapport over the phone and leave the customer with a great experience.
