Marketing Assistant

A large global company need a Marketing and Administrator Assistant to assist the National Marketing Manager. This company is extremely busy right now so require a hands on, communicative and tech savvy assistant to join their team. This Marketing Assistant is a fast paced role, where the 20 hours per week will fly by completing different responsibilities. If this excites you, keep reading.

What tasks will you be doing as a Marketing & Admin Assistant?

• Coordinating and distributing marketing materials, corporate uniform, and collateral to customers and NZ branches
• Raising and receipting purchase orders and setting up new suppliers
• Assisting with event and sponsorship activations, including creating content for social media
• Coordinating the customer loyalty program, and updating the customer database,
• Invoicing, monthly reporting, and contacting customers about inquiries
• Creating sales and marketing lead reports for monthly presentations

Who are you?

• Highly organised, with strong time-management and planning skills
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
• Tech savvy
• Creative with an eye for detail
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills
• Preferably have experience with workflow systems, document management, and database applications
