Marketing Retention Specialist – World Vision

We are delighted to partner exclusively with World Vision NZ on recruiting for this key fixed term contract role! World Vision is a global humanitarian organisation that needs no introduction, sponsoring children in need, the famous 40 Hour Challenge and providing emergency aid for regions struck by natural disasters among other initiatives.

This role is approximately 8 months in duration, and is a hybrid role with Mondays and Wednesday in the office, and you get a free carpark for the days you are in the office.

This is your chance to really make a difference in people’s lives and transforming communities by coming on board to help with the rollout of their new supporter portal to assist with retention of the donors.

In this vital collaborative role, you will ensure the implementation of the new support portal that’s being rolled out globally. You will be part of the workshops, learning on the job, writing briefs, and work methodically through the end to end project.

What you will bring to the role

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
• Stakeholder management
• Experience with sponsors/ supporters NFP ideal
• Able to write creative briefs for the agencies
• Experience in comms with a strategic/ big picture point of view
• Able to set up the framework and knit together all the elements
• Strong written/ verbal English and proofreading skills
• Demonstrates initiative and self management
• An eye for user experience highly desirable
• A strong alignment to what WVNZ is about and endeavouring to achieve
