Our client is an award-winning family-owned business that are leaders in the furniture moving industry in NZ. They have branches in Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga and are looking for someone to join their head office in Penrose.

About the role:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will support all brand management activities across traditional, digital and social platforms. Create implement and execute an annual Marketing Plan and own the social media management and content creation.

The role requires excellent communication and an ability to build strong relationships within the business. They must also be able to deploy unique and successful marketing campaigns and manage and coordinate company monthly newsletters. The key areas of the business you will manage will also include Customer Service Management through a range of customer feedback mechanisms and General Marketing Support, ensuring all communications carried out adhere to company brand procedures and guidelines.

· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities

· Understanding of marketing and communications best practice coupled with a willingness to learn

· The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Good attention to detail and proofreading skills, demonstrating accurate grammar and spelling, enhancing clarity and understanding.
