About the role

You will manage your own territory, build a pipeline of SME clients, and close deals that deliver real value. You’ll create your own success, be supported by a high-performance team, and be rewarded for your results.

Duties/responsibilities

  • Own your territory and your success: Take full control of a designated Melbourne territory, building a strong pipeline of SME clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and local networking. This is your chance to grow your reputation and results in a field-based role with real autonomy.
  • Engage clients face-to-face: Meet with business owners to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions that deliver real value. You’ll become a trusted partner in their growth journey.
  • Close deals with confidence: Use your consultative sales skills to move from first meeting to signed agreement. You’ll be empowered to drive outcomes and supported by a high-performance team.
  • Manage your pipeline like a pro: Stay in control of your sales activity using CRM tools and daily team stand-ups. You’ll learn from others, share your wins, and continuously sharpen your approach.

  • Proven B2B sales experience: You’ve succeeded in outbound or field sales roles before and know how to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals. You’re confident working independently and thrive on hitting targets.
