ABOUT THE ROLE

This opportunity allows you to oversee service delivery for the Lower North Island, guiding a team of experienced Field Service Engineers and supervisors across multiple locations. You’ll see yourself building strong customer connections, driving operational performance, and taking responsibility for the region’s commercial success. With the backing of a global leader, you’ll have the autonomy to shape outcomes and the support to deliver them.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12-15 Field Service Engineers and Supervisor
• Build strong relationships with customers across manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors
• Manage P&L, drive utilisation, and achieve revenue targets
• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency
• Work closely with planning, technical, and logistics teams to deliver seamless operations
• Report on KPIs, NPS, and operational metrics to senior leadership

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced leader who thrives in managing seasoned technical teams. You’re commercially astute, able to balance operational delivery with people leadership, and you bring the confidence to influence both customers and senior stakeholders.

What you’ll need to bring:

• Proven track record leading technical service teams
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L and budget management
• Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator and presenter at all levels
• Background in industrial, engineering, automotive, or related industries
