Supply Chain & Operations

You will be part of a high performing team and well supported with training. This is a very busy role, where no two days are the same – it is crucial that you can confidently and competently carry out all tasks, and in addition, you will have excellent communication skills.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Manage service technicians’ schedules and coordinate activities
  • Manage incoming calls, assisting customer requirements, and allocating jobs
  • Process orders and expedite deliveries
  • Maintain scheduled service orders, facilitate, and approve closed orders for invoicing
  • Assist to ensure certification/compliance and site inductions are up to date
  • Effectively use the CRM system

WHO AM I?

  • 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar coordination/planning role in a technical or mechanical environment
  • Proven experience with computer management systems – SAP would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Available Immediately and can commit to a 7-month temporary assignment
