Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager

I am seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to lead the end-to-end operations for parts in the commercial vehicle industry. Based in Auckland, this is a pivotal role overseeing procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse performance – with a strong focus on team leadership and continuous improvement.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the full supply chain lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant warehouse operations, and leading a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive or commercial vehicle logistics, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics for OEM parts
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Lead and develop a skilled warehouse and logistics team
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in supply chain and warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of OEM parts and commercial vehicle logistics
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and user of Excel
• Proficiency in ERP and warehouse management systems
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
