A varied IT role for someone to step into with a secure global brand who has a leading NZ presence. Perfect for someone who is at their early stages of an IT career!

As you’ve likely ascertained, this is an autonomous IT role where you will be the sole IT Specialist in Auckland (however, working with an INCREDBILE team – great culture with people who value respect, a laugh and hard work – the perfect balance!) wearing multiple hats. DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Reporting to the Cluster IT Manager, in Australia and dotted line reporting to GM NZ, to ensure that the IT Support Services meet Business expectations, handling Infrastructure, Networking & Application support, Service Desk support, implementation of new systems.

· You’ll be managing Stakeholders like external IT Vendor, Organisation line managers and APAC IT team communications.

WHO AM I?

· You will ideally have 1 to 4 years IT generalist experience into Applications support, Service desk support, Infrastructure & Network support, Stakeholder management, implementing new systems. Need a doer and is customer centric.

· Ability to work autonomously without local supervision

· You’ll have innate Data Analytics skills, advantage to have Power BI, Power Automate and Salesforce understanding (good to have)

· ITIL / Project management experience (good to have)

· Okay with some late hours due to APAC meetings across different time zones (approx. once a fortnight)
