We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Cloud/Application Migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large projects and delivering them on time. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Cloud/Application Migration projects from start to finish, ensuring goals are met on time and within scope.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, stakeholders, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting and forecasting, while addressing risks and issues.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Use project management tools (Waterfall, Agile) to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Prepare regular project status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation for all project phases.
- Work with technical teams to ensure smooth migration and integration of systems.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on Cloud/Application Migration.
- Strong skills in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical people.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Experience in financial and risk management.
- Familiar with project management processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Central, SharePoint, or M365 is a plus.
