With substantial growth in the business ahead, this is an exciting time to join this business doing great things in our community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This newly created role is based in Parnell, Auckland, and will support two Accounting Administrators and day to day you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily data entry of a high volume of supplier invoices (80% of position)<\/li>\n<li>Organisation of paperwork including the filing of forms, and vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Weekly banking of EFTPOS &amp; cash transactions<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reconciliations as required<\/li>\n<li>General administrative support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>YOUR BACKGROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of accounting, with a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
