An opportunity has arisen for an Experience Design Manager<\/strong> to lead and support the UX team, and champion the UX function to the stakeholders within the business, a getting involved in strategic\/ budget conversations. Part of the role will have element of running workshops and some of the UX work, but at the crux is the need for a solid UX practitioner who can lead, inspire, coach, and enable others to grow. <\/p>\n

As a skilled influencer, you will be able to ‘manage upwards’ to ensure that UX design thinking is at the core of all processes moving ahead, able to use your natural creativity and imagination to try new tactics, and have the bravery to sell your ideas. <\/p>\n
