About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced documentation specialist to join these (NZ owned<\/p>\n

and operated!) trading experts who export food products around the world. It is.<\/p>\n

a busy and challenging role where you will take ownership of the export<\/p>\n

documentation process from start to finish while providing outstanding customer<\/p>\n

service. Being the “go-to” person for the Logistics Managers, you will work<\/p>\n

with suppliers and customers issuing documentation to meet the market, handling.<\/p>\n

payments, and physically releasing documents. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

· Accurate and timely preparation of the export documentation for food products<\/p>\n

· Issuing invoices<\/p>\n

· Preparing Bills of Lading, issuing Health Certificates and Certificates of Origin<\/p>\n

· Arranging Bank Drafts and Letters of Credit<\/p>\n

· Managing and resolving queries and issues<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

About you<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking someone who has a background and experience in export documentation and if you have worked in the food sector that would be a real plus! <\/p>\n

You will have:<\/p>\n

· High attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n

· Ability to think on your feet and solve issues quickly.<\/p>\n

· An analytical, problem-solving mindset<\/p>\n

· Strong planning and organisation skills<\/p>\n

· Process driven.<\/p>\n
