You will also have some pretty savvy negotiation skills up your sleeve.<\/p>\n<p>Working with the tight-knit team of Retail Business Manager&#8217;s (4 across NZ) you will be joining a cracking team, all passionate about delivery and collaboration, including the manager who will be an incredible support (yes, the role is autonomous but some great framework to get you started!).<\/p>\n<p><strong>DAY TO DAY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strong retailer relationships &amp; in turn grow member store numbers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain call cycle \/ territory plan via CRM (yes, you&#8217;ll be a planner!)<\/li>\n<li>Customer issue resolution<\/li>\n<li>Business reviews including compliance adherence<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer records and sales reports are managed and accurate via CRM<\/li>\n<li>All of the above (and more!) will be across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHY SHOULD I APPLY &amp; WHO MIGHT I BE?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great benefits including 5 weeks&#8217; annual leave (who doesn&#8217;t love an extra week off)<\/li>\n<li>Healthy base salary with annual bonus (based on sales teams targets met)<\/li>\n<li>Car, laptop &amp; mobile provided &#8211; NO overnight travel<\/li>\n<li>You can be on the road between 10am &amp; 4pm daily and do all your admin \/ planning at home &#8211; make it work for you!<\/li>\n<li>Experienced manager to learn from and grow, along with a solid training base to get you up and running.
